io mi riferivo all'allenamento fisico.

The true report- If you ever consider buying a Maico, be warned that there are numerous problems on these bikes and they are light years behind in technology.
The turning circle is wider than most road bikes I've riden, you need more space to turn than a oil tanker.
Clutch gave loads of problems, the first day it was ridden the hydrualic pipe burst. Bad quality piping.
Gears are extremely sticky, once above in 3rd gear, it's almost impossible to downgear.
The left side footpeg cannot be removed without removing the engine casing- extremely poor design.
The wheel spokes are bad quality and rust very easily, looks bad. These spokes doesnt fit any other bike and will be a nightmare to replace.
Suspension comes completely useless from the factory and needs ALLOT of adjustment. The suspension is way too soft and require revalving- forget about getting hold of those parts.
The left side kickstart is just a nightmare in a tight spot, too high and difficult to reach without using your hand first.
The engine casing in general is poor quality and no effort is made to finish the sand cast parts properly. The gaskets are way to big or too small in certian areas and looks out of place like a backyard mechanic job.
Plastics are poor quality and mis-aligns with every other part; ie. fuel tank and radiators. The radiator shrouds fixing holes had to be enlarged and redrilled to fit better.
Other screws strip due to misalignment.
Wheel rims are poorly painted and paint comes of very easy.
Fuel tank valve very hard to reach.
The main issue here is also parts, not only is the parts exteremly expensive but they are almost impossible to get hold of. A simple air filter took me months to get hold of.
This bike is for the guy who has a well equiped workshop with plenty of time to work on the bike week after week.
For the rest of us who wants to ride and enjoy I recommend any other jap 2 stroke or KTM, where parts are dirt cheap and easily available.
It's extremely sad for me to report that these, seemingly 'new' maicos are a misrable failure glued together with scrap parts from pre-historic times.
The Maico name use to mean allot but unfortunately disgraced itself with these newer models.
