    help with frizione antisaltellamento bursi

    hi i am from greece and i had a yamaha r1 04.i had a problem with this slipper clutch from bursi.
    please sent to me the instruction In what order to load the disc fiber and steel from the to a preasure plate.thanks

      in the istruction of bursi the first clutch plate is steel and in hard downshiftihng it falls like in the picture

                    You have to put as first plate one with friction compound so it cannot fell between the rear plate and the internal part.
                    Than you have to make the whole discs misure and have again a friction plate in last position.
                    Don't put the two little iron rings but use only the taller friction discs in first and last positions.
                    If you have problems in starting procedure, you have to add one "three finger" central coil machining the central big nut.

                        If the clutch give you violent shakes in fast starting procedure, you have to use a harder central coil (the one under the central big nut). You can add a second coil but you have to machine the nut for the space of the second coil. To adjust the slippery of the clutch you can make shorter the 6 fingers of the second coil.
                        Some years ago I had to do this
