636 vs R6 '03

This is the 2003 R6 stacked up against the 636cc 2003 Kawasaki ZX-6R. Both runs were completed on the same dyno on the same day. The R6 had 900km on the clock and a Yoshimura Muffler. The Kawasaki had covered 1,500km and had an Akropovic system on it. Neither machine had a Power Commander fitted. By the look of these charts the R6 in particular could do with a Power Commander to help fill that mid-range hole, which may be only apparent due to the aftermarket muffler.

It should be noted that these tests were carried out on bikes from dealerships and not on 'journo-specials'. By that I mean the distributors have not specially prepared these machines. Thus we believe the results are consistent with what a consumer would expect to get from their pride and joy.

Per chi non ha dimestichezza con la lingua della terra d'Albione:
Confronto tra la R6 03 e la Kawa636. Entrambi i lanci effettuati sullo stesso banco e lo stesso giorno. La R6 ha ca 900Km ed un terminale Yoishimura. La Kawa ca 1500Km ed un sistema Akrapovic. nessuna delle 2 una Power Commander che aiuti a riempire i buchi di erogazione ai
medi che possono essere attribuiti ai sistemi di scarico after-market.
Da notare come i test sono stati esguiti con mezzi presi in concessionaria e non preparati per i test giornalistici. Con ci? si intende che i distributori non le hanno preparate e quindi ? quanto un cliente normale si possa aspettare di avere.

non riesco a capire che utilit? pu? avere una prova del genere fatta per altro neanche in condizioni di eguale dotazione tecnica ma con impianti di scarico di marca differente(se non addirittura di entit? differente...)....boh..
