    Nel 1992, quando Mick Doohan ebbe il grave incidente ad Assen, venne chiamato a fare un test sulla Honda NSR 500 Freddie Spencer, che aveva inziato a correre in AMA SBK.... il test andò bene.. ma poi non se ne fece nulla...
